Saila cable-mounted lighting system in a domestic interior
01Light, with room to change.
THE IDEA

Light becomes infrastructure.

Lighting and smart modules share the same infrastructure. They can be attached and repositioned as needs change, bringing the technical and spatial roles of the system together.

02An adaptable presence within the domestic space.
A QUESTION TO START WITH

Can one continuous system replace a room full of separate devices?

04Geometry, movement and the diffusion of light.

Motorised sails explore how light can be directed and diffused. The project imagines an evolving domestic interface, where illumination and additional functions adapt within a coherent physical structure.
